Recalling 2007

It's the last day of the year already.

And yet...here I am...at work!

bahh...

So I decided to do something useful instead of fight the heavy eye-lids. That is, I will attempt to recall 2007.

Here goes...Recalling the major moments of 2007:

• Music Clinic splitted. And I left Music Clinic for greener pastures.
• I became a government slave...but doing well...financially. Better pay, nearer to home, regular working hours, bigger bonusesssss!!!
• Finally got involved in NDP. And what's more, it was the first NDP on the new Floating Platform. coooool!
• I ditched the old bastard and became happier for that.
• Cut off my long, spa-permed hair to the nice Posh-inspired bob. wooo....
• Performed for the 1st time at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
• Caught up with an old, old, OLD friend...and he turned me into an alchie. It's funny how things turn out the way they do.
• Got 2 credit cards! This smells the start of all my troubles (see following list).
• Got myself a new LV wallet and ditched the ugly baby blue Agnes B one that became dirty...duh! (I can finally say this...it's actually not very nice...i had to fake it loh...*laughs*)
• Went Bangkok...and treated my lil sis....*bank break*
• Went Taiwan for the 1st time with xuan, shan, eve, joyce, shaun and shun! had tons of fun...spent loads of money. *bank break part 2*
• Bought my 1st Gucci bag at TW airport...*bank break part 3*
• FINALLY, a new member of the family...Louis Vuitton Lee! Was half a xmas present...heehee. *bank break part 4*

OMG! It was quite a year, wasn't it?

As for today, the MS gang is coming to my place for a new year's eve party-cum-mj session! I know it's so out of the way, but to make-up for it, I'm cooking all my best dishes (but you guys are paying for it too k? hahaha)! Anyway, I only found out about it from joyce yesterday.

"So nana, tomorrow we going your place right?"

"HUH? Issit? I don't know leh. Who is 'we'??"

"Everybody loh. Everybody knows leh...u dunno? Evelyn say one."

"I suggested it to her la, but I told her to confirm with me ma coz I need to prepare food or wat. Win liao...everybody but the person whose house you are coming to dunno."

And so...they are coming to my place.

And milo is coming too. My darling louis will have his first play (fight) date. OMG...i think i will need some strong drinks.

Being a mummy...

I'm getting mummy-syndrome.

You know, when "mummies" go on and on about their "kids" and they start to light up whenever they describe about their mundane daily activities.

and then they start asking if your "kid" does this and your "kid" does that.

and start buying tons of things for the "kid", busting your banks for that little terror.

yeap...it's all coming to me.

but he's been a bundle of joy! i would love to take him out and show off, but he hasn't got his 2nd vaccination shot yet, so it's not safe. plus...he can't quite grasp the idea of "NO!" yet. all he wans is to jump on things, run around ppl's legs, bite the toilet roll and tear up newspapers meant for his poopoo or peepee.

i'm waking up earlier and leaving home later for work.

and i come home and spend at least 2 hours tending to his needs.

i call him "the little master".

ahh...i wan my life back! hahahaaaaa....

I just got him today...on xmas day...ooooooh~~~ he's such a good boy. he sleeps in his cage after a series of whines and he is such an energy ball when he's out! btw, he's a beagle. =) Yah...and I know about the name. My mum actually suggested louis beckham lee...which is just weird since my rabbit is already beckham lee.

at least he looks like a louis...not so much a gucci, or prada, or even dolce...yes i did consider those too.
